Story of Green Potato

The brand “White Potato” has a rich history starting with Mr. Kalpesh Patel’s entry into the potato trading business in 1992. From a small trader, he grew into a major supplier with values of quality and integrity. His younger brother, Mr. Piyush Patel, had a passion for hospitality, leading them to open Shri Guruprasad Restaurant in 1999.

With a focus on quality and service, the restaurant quickly gained popularity. In 2010, they expanded and rebranded as “White Potato.” Today, the business is led by the next generation – Dhruvi Patel and Aditya Patel, with a vision to expand from a local to a national restaurant chain. Known for consistent taste and fine dining, White Potato offers a diverse menu, including Punjabi, Chinese, South-Indian, continental, sweets, and more. The restaurant has a multi-storey setup with Quick Service and Fine Dine on different floors, along with banquet facilities.

Ms. Dhruvi Patel, who has a good CA background, is in charge of everything from finances to services. She is in charge of establishing a perfect and favorable image for the company and ensuring that the brand gets the most profit and trust.
