At the moment, Ms. Dhruvi Patel and Aditya Patel, along with their fathers Mr. Kalpesh Patel and Mr. Piyush Patel, are running the White Potato business.

White Potato is the result of four family members’ unending hard work, commitment, and passionate dedication: Mr. Kalpesh Patel, Mr. Piyush Patel, Ms. Dhruvi Patel, and Mr. Pranav Patel.

They have always stood strong as the Brand’s Four Pillars, with the knowledge and wisdom of the elders and the education and professional practices of the younger generation.

Greenpotato is a south indian restaurant which serves authentic as well as fusion. Do try out their idli burger (first time in guarat) Loved their paneer schezwan dosa, italian pizza, rasam and the best pineapple sheera.
